Clean first, then comfort

Lubricant applied over crust is comfort wasted — the gel sits on the debris instead of the eye. When a face arrives gunky, the cleanser goes first, every time.

Soak a cotton pad with the Eye Cleaner and hold it against the crusted area for a few seconds — softening is what makes the wipe gentle. Then wipe outward, from the inner corner away from the eye, one pad per eye so nothing travels between them.

Tear stains on white coats are the long game: the rust color is oxidized pigment that built up over weeks, and it fades the same way — a ten-second wipe every morning, not a scrubbing session every month. Owners who keep the pad ritual daily report visibly lighter staining within a few weeks.

Once the surface is clean and dry, the lubricant goes on if the eye needs it. Cleanser lifts what the day left behind; the gel replaces what the day took out. Two tubes, one order, never reversed.
